Victoria Pechenizka

D365 and Power Platform consultant. PCF control publisher. Data migration specialist. Several years delivering CRM solutions across federal and commercial sectors.

Hey, I'm Victoria

I'm a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consultant who's spent several years in the trenches: configuring D365 Sales and Service, migrating data between CRM systems, building Power Automate flows, and running UAT cycles until everything actually works.

I've delivered CRM solutions for federal contractors handling government capture and contracts, and for commercial organizations that needed their sales processes to stop living in spreadsheets. I've owned end-to-end data migrations, led hypercare after go-lives, and run triage calls with directors and VPs when things went sideways.

I like the messy, "why is this so slow?" problems that don't show up in tutorials. Performance optimization on Power Automate flows, retry-and-rerun patterns for data migrations, working out which Dataverse query shape actually scales. That's the work that keeps me curious.

PCF Controls I've Built

I build and publish PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls that solve real problems on real projects. Not concepts. Deployed, tested, production-hardened controls.

Field Audit History

Free, open-source PCF control that puts Dataverse audit data right next to the field. One click to see who changed what. Value restore, CSV export, searchable filters.

Config-Driven PCF Pattern

A reusable pattern for building PCF controls that work on any Dataverse entity without rebuilding. JSON web resource as runtime config. Zero hardcoded table names.

Why VP365.ai Exists

When I was learning D365 and Power Platform, I kept running into the same problem: the official docs explain what a feature does, but not how to actually use it in a real project. The gap between "here's the button" and "here's how to make this work for your client" is huge.

This site bridges that gap. I write practical, from-the-trenches guides on Power Platform, D365, PCF development, and data migration - the kind of content I wish I had when I was figuring things out. No theory-heavy architecture diagrams. No "it depends." Just clear steps and real examples.

What I Write About

  • PCF Controls - building, publishing, and deploying custom controls for model-driven apps
  • Power Automate - flows, gotchas, performance optimization, and real-world patterns
  • D365 Sales & Service - configuration, BPFs, business rules, and best practices
  • Data migration - war stories, how-tos, and tools that actually work
  • Power Platform - from the practitioner's perspective, not the architect's
  • Dataverse - schema design, audit trails, and the patterns the docs don't cover
